Sorry for slight delay in responding. Please refer to my answerer to previous questions in order to get detailed information about work visa requirements especially Tier2 general visa. Unfortunately I would not be able to advise you about your job prospects in the UK.
Any employer with a Tier2 sponsor license can possibly issue you a Certificate of Sponsorship for the jobs in question and you will be able to apply for a Tier2 general visa to come to UK for work.
