Whereas the appellants above  named have institued the above appeal for set aside the order passed R P 17 of 2024 before this court and the summons issued to 3rd respondent is not yet served and reported abroad and the court ordered substituted service through online paper publication. 

The 3rd respondent above named is hereby called upon to appear either directly or duly authorized agent or Advocate and if you have any contentions in the above appeal you can appear and file your objection before the court on 7-8-26 at 11 A.M without failure and if you failed to appear before the court on that date the court will dispose of the appeal in your absence as if you have no contentions against the reliefs sought for by the appellants in the appeal.
