Respondent: Johnson Devassia @ Palakathadathil Devassia Johnson s/o Devassia aged 50 years Palakathadathil, Paisakari P.O, Palayadu, Pin 670633, Payyavoor Village Kannur District. Now residing at Via Tommaso Prela, Numero56, int-6, Rome, 00166 Italy.

Whereas Vincy Mathew has instituted a petition against you for divorce you are hereby summoned to appear in this Court in person or by a pleader duly instructed and able to answer all material questions relating to the petition, or who shall be accompanied by some person, able to answer all such questions, on the 13 day of March 2026, at 11 O'clock, to answer the claim; and you direct to produce on that day all the documents upon which you intend to rely in support of your defence.
